Parent Coaching Package – 4 Hours | Plan Policy
Scheduling: This package includes four 60-minute parent coaching sessions. All sessions must be scheduled and completed within 6 months of purchase. Unused sessions expire at the end of this period, subject to applicable law.
Cancellation & Rescheduling: Individual appointments may be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice without losing a session credit. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice or missed appointments may result in forfeiture of that session. Exceptions may be made for emergencies.
Refund Policy: A full refund may be requested within 7 days of purchase, provided the consultation has not taken place and no individualized services have been delivered. Once the consultation has been completed, refunds will be reviewed individually, taking into consideration services already provided, subject to applicable law.
