Meet Karen
Speech-Language Pathologist • Certified Autism Specialist • Parent Coach
For more than 30 years, I’ve had the privilege of working with children and families as a speech-language pathologist. I truly love what I do, and some of the most meaningful moments in my career have come from helping parents better understand their child and feel more confident about how to support them.

As a Certified Autism Specialist and speech-language pathologist, I’ve worked with children with a wide range of communication, developmental, and learning needs, with a special passion for supporting children with autism and their families.

I created Autism Support Pathways to give parents something I believe is incredibly valuable: a knowledgeable, supportive person to turn to when they have questions, need practical strategies, or simply aren’t sure what their next step should be.

My goal is to listen, help you make sense of what you’re seeing, and give you realistic strategies that fit your child and your family.

Ready to Get Started?
Getting started is simple. Follow the steps below, then choose the support that works best for your family - a one-time consultation, a coaching package, or the Parent Pathways Membership.
Step 1: Free Discovery Call
Begin with a conversation. Share your concerns, questions, and what you'd like help with. We'll talk about the type of support you're looking for and whether Autism Support Pathways is a good fit. There's no obligation—just an opportunity to connect and decide on the best next step.
Step 2: Initial Intake Session
We'll talk through your questions, priorities, your child's strengths and challenges, and what's already working well. Together, we'll identify goals and create a practical plan with strategies you can begin using right away.
Step 3: Parent Coaching
We'll work together on individualized strategies that fit naturally into everyday routines. Coaching may include modeling, problem-solving, visual supports, communication strategies, and adjustments as your child progresses.
Step 4: Moving Forward
We'll review progress, celebrate what's working, adjust strategies, and determine what support makes sense next. Continue with coaching, schedule check-ins as needed, or stay connected through the Parent Pathways Membership.
