Hourly Parent Coaching – Plan Policy
Scheduling: This purchase includes one 60-minute parent coaching consultation. Sessions must be scheduled and completed within 3 months of purchase.
Cancellation & Rescheduling: Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice at no additional charge. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice or missed appointments may result in forfeiture of the session. Exceptions may be made for emergencies at the discretion of Autism Support Pathways.
Refund Policy: A full refund may be requested within 7 days of purchase, provided the coaching session has not taken place. Once a coaching session has been completed, the purchase is nonrefundable. Refund requests after 7 days will be reviewed individually, subject to applicable law.
